Karaoke Super Store will process your return within three weeks from the day your returned order is received. Refunds will be credited only to the original purchasing credit card account number. To return a piece of equipment: Please don't hesitate to email us at: karaokesuperstore@yahoo.com and request a Return Authorization, Write down whom named is authorize for return merchandise. *Carefully re-pack your equipment in the original box with ALL of the original packing materials, manuals, cables and accessories. THE PRODUCT MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION AND PACKED CORRECTLY AND COMPLETELY FOR A FULL REFUND. Products which are not returned intact will result in a prorated credit being issued based on the cost of the missing items. *Drop off the return at UPS or a UPS affiliated pickup site.
